Points

Points are part of Interstice's rewards program. Interstice may award Points for eligible activity in the swap app. Points may be used solely as an administrative metric in determining potential eligibility and allocations under the Canton App Rewards program. Using Points in a rewards calculation does not convert Points into Canton Coin (CC) and does not create a fixed exchange rate or entitlement to a reward.

How You Earn Points

Liquidity Provider	1.5 Points per $1	Eligible completed and settled notional value attributable to the completed fill.

Points are earned only after the applicable swap has completed and settled and Interstice has determined that the activity is eligible. A failed, refunded, reversed, cancelled, expired, or incomplete settlement does not generate Points.

Activity that does not earn Points includes:

• Self-trades and related-party transactions.

• Wash, circular, coordinated, sham, artificial, or manipulative activity.

• Wallet sends, internal transfers, or movements that are not eligible swaps.

• Failed, refunded, reversed, cancelled, expired, or incomplete settlements.

• Test, simulated, or non-production activity.

• Activity associated with an ineligible, suspended, restricted, or fraudulent account.

• Other activity that Interstice determines is not bona fide economic activity or is inconsistent with the intended operation of the program.

Monthly Points cap. Eligible Settled Notional Value that can generate Points is currently capped at USD $50 million per Reward Control Group during each Reward Period. A Reward Period is each calendar month measured in UTC.

A Reward Control Group includes a participant together with accounts, persons, organizations, wallets, or entities that are affiliated, under common control, coordinated, related, or acting together for rewards-program purposes. Transactions above the cap may continue to settle normally but do not generate additional Points for that Reward Control Group during the remainder of the Reward Period.

Your Points Balance

Total Points are verified Points credited to your account that have not expired, been suspended, withheld, adjusted, reversed, or revoked. Pending or unverified Points do not count toward Total Points until they are verified and finally credited.

Total Points may include Points generated through eligible swap activity and verified historical Points from the August 2026 Operator Network promotional program.

Historical Operator Network Points. The August 2026 Operator Network promotional program ended immediately before September 1, 2026 began in UTC. No new Points accrue under that promotional program for activities completed after the participation period. Points associated with activity completed during the participation period may still be verified, adjusted, rejected, or credited after the program ended.

Verified historical Points may remain recorded in your account, subject to the applicable program rules. Holding historical Operator Network Points does not by itself make you eligible for Canton App Rewards or give you access to swap functionality.

Important Information About Points

Points are not tokens, do not represent a token allocation, and do not create any right to a future token, airdrop, distribution, or financial return. Points are non-transferable, have no cash, monetary, exchange, redemption, or property value, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, pledged, or redeemed for CC, dollars, or any other asset.
